To help out Canadians who are now working from home, we offer free shipping within Canada on all online orders totalling over $100.00 before taxes.

HAG Capisco chairs: 3 - 4 weeks
Contour Design products: in stock ready to ship next day
Other accessories: 1- 2 weeks
Products in our Next Day Shipping collection will be shipped the next business day unless COVID-19 has brought delays. Please note that additional standard delivery times apply, depending on the courier.
DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY IF PACKAGE IS DAMAGED OR NOTE DAMAGES WITH DELIVERY PERSON.

CROSSCHECK CONTENTS OF SHIPMENT WITH ITEMS LISTED ON PACKING SLIP. PLEASE CONTACT US  WITH DISCREPANCIES.

 

Returns

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we would be more than happy to provide a return authorization RA# based upon the details of your purchase.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since our ship date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition or missing parts or manuals etc. will not be accepted.

 

To initiate your return, please contact us via email info@fitzBODY.com for an Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please include the RMA# on the shipping label. Any returns without an RMA# listed on the label or items not shipped in outer packaging will be refused.

To complete your return, we require a Sales Receipt No. or proof of purchase and send it to info@fitzBODY.com. 


Refunds

We do not offer refunds on used items or purchases beyond the 30 days of invoice date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange but will make every effort to rectify your dissatisfaction.

Once your return is promptly received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit charge (purchase price less & original ship costs) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 21 days.
If you are not approved due to damage to the returned product or packaging or missing parts or papers then we shall apply a restocking charge of 20% or return the order back to you at your expense.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $100, we strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we carry no guarantee of its arrival.
