10 year warranty covers all HÅG chairs against material and manufacturing faults and defects from the chair’s production date for normal use up to 9 hours per day.

5 year warranty covers normal use for more than 9 hours per day.

The warranty is conditional on the chair and fabrics/leather undergoing normal cleaning. The guarantee does not cover the consequence of wear and stains when choosing a light colour (white) for plastic or metal components.

Maximum weight for users is 250 lb.

The warranty covers any necessary spare parts. Labour or transport costs are not included.
