Refund Policy

We pride ourselves in getting it right for you the first time. Our post-order follow-up with you will help us understand the problem you are trying to solve as well as confirm that you have purchased the right product for the right job to fit the right person.  In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we would be more than happy to provide a return authorization RA# based upon the details of your purchase.
We do not offer refunds beyond the 30 days of ship date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange but will make every effort to rectify your dissatisfaction.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit charge (purchase price less a 20% restocking & original ship costs) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 21 days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $100, we strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we carry no guarantee of its arrival.
