Refund Policy

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we would be more than happy to provide a return authorization RA# based upon the details of your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 30 days of the invoice date. Your item must be unused and in the original condition and packaging.

To complete your return, we require an invoice or receipt (proof of purchase) and explanation for the return.  Send it to

We do not offer refunds on made-to-fit chairs, electric desks, Next Day Ship offers and used items or purchases beyond the 30 days of invoice date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange but will make every effort to rectify your dissatisfaction.

Once your return is promptly received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit charge (purchase price less original ship costs) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 21 days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $100, we strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we carry no guarantee of its arrival.
